Talking Without Words: Secrets to Better Intimacy.

A recent study brings exciting news about relationships: communicating during sex can make things even better! Researchers interviewed 27 people in committed, different- gender relationships, aged 21 to 68, to find out how they express their needs and desires during intimate moments. They discovered that people use a mix of words, sounds, and body language to connect with their partners.

Most of the participants said that talking during sex boosted their pleasure and emotional closeness. It also helped clear up any confusion and reduced insecurities. However, some people avoided using words during these moments to keep the mood right and protect their partner’s feelings. They didn’t want to face negative emotions or judgment from their partner.

Interestingly, the study found that sexual communication is a skill that gets better over time. As people better understand their own desires and their partner’s, they become more adept at this intimate form of communication. This research highlights the importance of learning to communicate beyond words for a stronger, happier relationship.
